Some Things Ain't No Longer Free, Such as Mall Parking

It will just be from a distant past that parking spaces at a local mall in Las Pinas, used to be free.

Parking spaces at a local mall are fully-occupied during intense hours of El Nino weather.

At a time when the locals are trying to take a refuge from the blazing weather by going for a mall stopover, visitors at a local mall in Las Pinas City try to gulp another expense on the side, as they are greeted with a verbal advise  from mall parking staff that parking tickets are already being issued at the mall.

A non-chalant way of telling that they can no longer enjoy free parking, unlimited.

Based on a recent observation, the parking spaces have been filled to the edge, and that residents of nearby subdivisions have been flocking more at their favorite spots inside the malls, taking advantage of the air-conditioning and the better inventory of stores, as the mall tries to pick itself up from the low visitor turn out that was the norm  during the pandemic.

Most mall goers are elders and children who have been more keen at dining and visiting the arcade there.
